AW189 Series – Continuation/Refresher Training Course
ABOUT
This course provides refresher and continuation training for the Leonardo/Augusta Westland AW189, structured to meet ATA 104 Specification Level I and EASA Part 66 Level 1 requirements. This self-study course consists of approximately 40 hours of self-study, with at least one multi-choice question at the end of each ATA chapter. Students must pass all question blocks to unlock subsequent chapters. Upon successful completion, a certificate of completion will be issued automatically.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
- Identify safety precautions specific to the airframe, systems, and powerplant of the AW189.
- Outline maintenance practices for the aircraft’s systems.
- Understand the configuration of major aircraft systems and powerplant components.
- Identify required special tooling and test equipment for the AW189.
